The reception staff were great and very helpful. We got the best room with a jacuzzi and the location was amazing, right in the middle of downtown. The metro station was only a 2-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel had large floor-to-ceiling windows, which made the room bright and welcoming. this was my favorite hotel on the trip.

The only issue we had was that the walls were very thin, so we could hear the other guests as if they were in our room. However, despite this, we felt safe walking at night and had no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel was a great find! the location was excellent, right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. Secondly, the staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful, and full of recommendations. Thirdly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you would need for a pleasant stay. And lastly, the option of having a room with a Jacuzzi was a lovely touch, perfect for some relaxation after a long day of exploring.

No major issues here, everything was more than satisfactory.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, making us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spacious shower in our room. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, as it was right in the center of Gran Via, with easy access to transportation and all the main tourist attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us.
