The reception staff were great and very helpful. We got the best room with a jacuzzi and the location was amazing, right in the middle of downtown. The metro station was only a 2-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel had large floor-to-ceiling windows, which made the room bright and welcoming. this was my favorite hotel on the trip.
The only issue we had was that the walls were very thin, so we could hear the other guests as if they were in our room. However, despite this, we felt safe walking at night and had no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel was a great find! the location was excellent, right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. Secondly, the staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful, and full of recommendations. Thirdly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you would need for a pleasant stay. And lastly, the option of having a room with a Jacuzzi was a lovely touch, perfect for some relaxation after a long day of exploring.
No major issues here, everything was more than satisfactory.

Great location and comfortable rooms. The staff went above and beyond to help us communicate with the airline when our suitcase was missing. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. Highly recommended! I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, making us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spacious shower in our room. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, as it was right in the center of Gran Via, with easy access to transportation and all the main tourist attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay.
